Fast Diet Day 1
Well I'm embarking on the Fast Diet. This is Day 1. I weight 12st 11lb and will keep this blog updated with my progress. I had 3 scrambled eggs with fresh tomato for breakfast (Buff Orpington eggs so much smaller than normal !!) Although Den tried to tempt me with cakes at work I resisted. I am going to try and skip lunch but today had a Luscombe Apple & Apricot juice. Busy at work so haven't so far felt hungry. Got hungry around 5pm but made me look forward to my dinner which consisted of Sainsbury's King Prawn Chilli and Calabrese stuffed ravioli with side vegetables of asparagus and broccolli spears. Total calories consumed 549 which is 49 over but first day.
